Enfield Square Redevelopment

Site: Enfield Square, Enfield, CT

The aim of the project is to create a physical and visual connection across the site with a central green while utilizing some of the existing fabric of the Enfield Mall. A healthy city center with a wide mix of uses that function in a mutually supportive fashion to establish a diverse and lively business and leisure environment. By offering people a wide variety of reasons to visit and to stay in the heart of the city throughout the day and evenings, attracting more people more frequently and for a longer period of time. The mix of uses includes office, residential, and entertainment as well as retail and restaurants while maximizing pedestrian movement.
