Natural History Museum India

Site: New Delhi, India

The project aims to challenge existing and out-of-date views about museums and exhibition spaces and to create a contemporary museum experience that fits into the context of New Delhi. The designed museum spaces accommodates changing exhibitions as designed by curators. The intervention has provided provisions for alteration and variations. The thesis investigates how the museum can be established in the public realm and become part of an everyday routine.
